Gucci Mane nous revient avec un nouvel album intitulé "The State VS Radric Davis" qui est sorti le 8 décembre aux USA. Le premier single extrait qui a été clipé est le titre "Wasted" en featuring avec Plies dont il existe aussi un remix avec Lil Wayne, Jadakiss & Birdman.
